Hi @NelishaJ
The topic must have atleast one connected content linked to it. PFB. To add contents, open he topic and add the contents under related list.
Add the contents and see. It''ll be visible.
Note: After adding the content, please logout & log back in to see the topic in the Employee center portal

Hi @NelishaJ ,
You have one Taxonomy called "employee".
The Attached Screenshots are called Topics and Child Topics.
Now, Why you don't see your Child Topics because your Child Topics don't have Conencted Content added.

Please add some dummy connected content under the Risk and Compliance Child topic and also add some dummy child topics under the Risk and Compliance Child topic there too you need to add Connected Contents then only if you Log out and Login back into the system you will be able to see the topics on the esc portal
