Hi fellow community members.
I'm hoping someone has implemented the integration between Employee Center and MS Teams and can assist me with additional details to pass a security audit. The actual setup isn't hard but to pass the security audit I need to provide as much security information as possible.
Two items I haven't been able to answer yet are:
1. Can the Teams account created be a non-interactive account?
2. Is there a diagram that shows the Teams and ServiceNow connection with any data flows, security information etc.
I would really appreciate any further security information if anyone has any available.
