My requests to look like My tasks configuration

Hi,
I think you are getting confused with the terminology.
My request page contains the list of all the of task raised by the user. (Like request/incident etc).
My Task is for actionable items, like approval etc. It is not in relation with any task.

Yeah I got that functionality, What i am trying to achieve is the UI similar to my tasks if you see the screenshots you will get an idea
