My Tasks pn employee center portal does not show any Approval records for an ITIL user.

Hello All,

 

We have an issue in our instances that the approval records does not show up in 'Open' , 'Completed' tabs of My Tasks page.

When checked in PDI, we found that the my tasks displays data for approval records to all the users including the end user, which we think is incorrect from the licensing point of view.

This Menu 'My Tasks' should show the approval data for ITIL users which does not happen.

Upon Investigation we found that the script include 'todoPageUtils' have not received any updates since 2018 in our instance. We tried to replace the code in the instance with the one from PDI, then it works. It also, works for end users which is weird.

May we please know what is the expected behavior??

Our instance is in Washington version.

Also, there were no customizations done to the script include.

Were you able to resolve this issue?

We just upgraded to Xanadu patch 5 from Utah patch 1 and noticed this weird behavior. In our case, the version of this script include is the one that comes with the upgrade.
