We are having 2 service portals that are being used by 2 different teams(ITSM and HRSD).
We have Virtual Agent enabled for ITSM portal and it is also integrated with MS Teams.
Now we want to extend the same VA for HRSD portal as well.
This will have different branding and VA conversation topics to show. Which we will be achieving through different live profiles and restricting topics based on the portals.
We also want to integrate this with Teams.
Is it possible to have a separate teams channel for this? As the existing one is already in use and opens a specific portal(ITSM).
