In the Virtual Agent Lite version(integrated with MS Teams), can one clarify on :

• any documentation available for the internal search/logic used by the Lite Virtual Agent

• How KBA and catalogue suggestions are prioritized

• if the Virtual Agent Lite version allows disabling the workflow that auto-populates KBAs and catalogue items in the search result
