Hello! my organization will be implementing Service Now in the coming months, and as the current Sys Admin of our ITSM platform, my director has tasked me with learning and understanding the employee center, such that i can build out a customized employee center page to demo to our business partners to show that we can tailor the 'front page of IT' to be unique to each of our different regions. I have taken the xanadu admin fundamentals course and the employee center essentials course in LearningNow, but i am still struggling with putting the pieces together to perform such a task...is there any other resources or course content i should be looking at?
