Hi

Navigate to Standard ticket -> Standard ticket configuration

Open request item configuration

Go to the related list "Activity"

Update the visible condition to hide the activity tab for closed items

if you are talking about this Comments box then you can ensure there is a field level WRITE ACL on Comments fields which allows edit only when State is not Closed/Completed

if user fails the field level WRITE ACL then that box is gone

ACL to be reviewed -> see here that property is being used

Also ensure "glide.sc.allow_comment_on_closed_ritm" is marked as False
