Newly created child topic is not showing in ESC Portal under parent topic

Can anyone help me with below Scenario

I have created a new child topic and it is not showing in the portal under parent topic Softwares and attaching the screenshots for better understanding

Do you have any content under this topic? My experience is that it won't be visible unless there's connected content populated.

Alternatively, if you are using Advanced Portal Navigation then you will need to sync the parent topic and make the new topic active there before it's visible.

Hi @saic2, 

There can be two reasons: 

1) Verify the child topic has connected contents ( Go to Connected Content related list on topic record, verify that the count f records is greater than 0). If there are 0 connected contents, topics will not be reflected in portal.

2) Navigate to All -> Advanced portal navigation. Select Employee Center Navigation record) -> Menu items related list. Click on Sync hierarchy button. This will help the topics to render as expected. 

If you are still not able to find the topic, try verify by impersonating as another user or log out and login again.

I am not able to see the Sync hierarchy button can you help with here or did I miss any conditions to apply.
