Not able to upload logo through branding editor.

I cannot upload the logo through the branding editor for the service portal. 

Image size is - 200x46 

The image is in PNG format.

Hi @Mohammmad Faiz  ,

 

Maybe you are not in the correct scope where the portal was created. Try to make sure you are in the correct scope or you can try to upload the logo from "Service Portal -> Portals" module, select you portal and update the logo from this record.
