Report purpose need to set a query on the tickets(incidents) which are in pending more than 30mnts

Hi All, 

For reporting purpose need to apply a query on the incident table to get the pending duration time. 

for the tickets which are in pending state more than 30mnts. 

as we have the pending duration column in the table but there is no data in it. 

 

Any suggestions.

You can check the below link that will help u to create report on this. Kindly add additional filter to it for state is pending

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

You can create an incident metric definition for pending duration.

Based on above, you can create a report based on the incident_metric table where condition should be definition is pending duration and value is On Hold".
