Popular items not showing on the employee centre portal

Hi All, 

 

Need assistance on employee center portal. 

As i'm unable to to see the data in the popular item in the service catalogs. 

 

When i validate in PDI that data is coming as expected but in my org instance its not showing any data. 

Any suggestion will be helpful.

Currently i'm validating on the ESC but the same issue is there in the selfservice portal as well.

Is your customer instance new?

The catalog items or KB shown there are based on some backend algorithm.

If your instance is fresh then there might not be enough data for system to determine the popularity
