Im trying to implement the Portal Browse Taxonomy Widget in my Personal Developer Instance.
Ive followed the tutorials on here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-se...
But no matter what i do the widget doesn't exist. I have installed the plugin and restarted the Instances multipel times. But the Widget just doesn't exist.
Any Idea why this is happening?
Im currently on Vancouver release

Ive found the Issue
the Version of the PDI was outdated and i could only install v3.1.1 of the UI Component plugin.
The Version i needed was 3.3.1.
I was able to install it after updating my Instance.

Hi @MisterSimon - To confirm, if you go to Service Portal > Widgets, you do not see "Portal Browse Taxonomy" (portal_browse_taxonomy) Widget..? Do you see any widgets from the "UI Components for Customer Portals" package?
If not, I would suggest trying to Repair the UI Components for Customer Portals plugin.
