Provide Search Feedback button

The employee portal (ITSM Pro, Employee Service Center) has a button labeled "Provide Search Feedback" on search results page. This button, when clicked, displays a text-box for users to submit comments. Where do these comments land? I'm not able to find where these submissions are going. 

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Check the metric results (asmt_metric_result)

Unfortunately, while there are many entries in Metric Results, none of them relate to the 'Provide Search Feedback' functionality (I've submitted several tests and none of them are in that table).  There doesn't seem to be any entries related to that particular button.
