Quick Link for Workspace?

We're looking to create a Quick Link for the ESC home page that goes to the Service Operations Workspace.  There isn't a page for that workspace, and the system won't let us use the URL for an external link.  Has anyone configured a workspace so it can be used for a Quick Link?

This is a SOW quick link for that workspace, not an Employee Center quick link to OPEN the SOW.
