Is there a way to stop users from cancelling HRC requests that were assigned to a particular assignment group? This is a tricky question, but a colleague would like to stop requests that were assigned to their team. This will ensure that that team will receive credit for timed worked for reporting/metrics.
Not sure if we can control cancellation based on assignment group, but there is a case option called 'User Cannot Cancel' in HR service. Through this you can control if user want to cancel respective HRC requests or not.
