Report knowledge gap button

Hi,
As a default, the "Report knowledge gap" button in SOW is not visable if incidents state is closed.

How can I change it? I cant find the condition in the UI Action.

Assuming you are still OOB: in Script Include 'IncidentUtilsSNC' on line 500, it is stated that the incident_state should not be closed. To change this, you need an override in the 'IncidentUtils' script include.
