#We need to design a process where an employee can submit their nominee details through the Employee Center portal.
Once the user submits the form, the following actions should occur
An HR Case should be automatically created.
The submitted nominee data should be stored in a custom Nominee table.
The user should receive the Nominee Form for e-signature.
After the user signs the form, a PDF copy of the signed form should be generated.
The generated PDF should be attached and saved to the same HR Case.
