We have noticed that when I closed the SCTASK (SCTASKxxxx), the corresponding RITM (RITM0xxxx) did not close as expected.

Hi @ab_frostbite ,
Check the flow from where SC task is created. Does it have a logic to make RITM closed complete once sc task is closed? If not then add that logic in your flow.
If there is logic in place then troubleshoot the logic .
If my response helped, then please accept the solution and hit a thumbs up.
Regards,
Rohit

Hello @ab_frostbite
RITM doesn't closes immediately. And it will depend on the flow of workflow which you have configured. Usually people set it 10 days for the RITM to close.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.

Shivalika
