I want to configure standard ticket form on ESC, my requirement is to add resolution information to the activity tab. Is it possible OOB or customization required??

To display resolution information in the activity stream, customization is required, as this is not available out-of-the-box.

you only want to show field data then why not use the Info field and show that field for INC or any other table?

Resolution fields aren’t exposed to end users, as they are intended for ITIL-related insights and reporting purposes.
Refer: Make Resolution notes visible in the activity feed on the Employee Center
Step by step instruction is given here: Add Resolution Information tab in the ticket opened in employee center.
