Hi there,
I’m looking for some suggestions on a catalog item we are building for HR and we are using 'Save as Draft' before it is submitted. We’d like another user from the team to review the information in the form and make any necessary corrections. If everything looks good, the second user can Approve or Submit the form.
We’re able to share the form with the 2nd user, however, the changes made by them are not being saved. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @shalini44 ,
I don't see what you're asking is a good / best practice. The save as draft is for the single user to be able to save their "in progress" catalogue item to be filled out later. To have another user to fill out in the same form and then submit it, doesn't really make sense from a general understanding.
Can you enlighten a little more according what is actually the business value out of this?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

I don't think it's a valid business requirement.
if someone is raising a request then Save as Draft makes more sense for the same user to revisit the item later to see what he/she filled.
Why would some other person check that form?
Let the requester raise the form and you can have approval to approve/reject the REQ
