Search is not bringing any results in employee center.
On searching, i get below text

Hello @vasumathis1
What are you trying to search on employee center portal? Is it any request/catalog/kb article?
If Yes, then please verify that your catalog item/knowledge item is part of the Taxonomy?
There should be a Taxonomy associated with the portal (in the 'Taxonomy' related list of the portal record) and your content must be in one of the Topics in the Taxonomy.
