Search results are different between Service Portal and Employee Center

Hi.
I'm considering a SP → EC migration for my project.
During the investigation phase, when I searched for the same phrase on the "How can we help?" widget displayed on both SP and EC, the search results were different.
Specifically, if you enter "検索" in SP, 0 search results will be displayed, and if you enter "検索" in EC, 2 test results will be displayed.
Regarding this, is it possible to make it the same as EC search results and SP?
■setting values
[Service Portal>Portals]Module
Service Portal:
・Enable AI Search:True
・Search Application:Service Portal Default Search Application
・Search Results Configuration:Service Portal Search
・Search Sources(Related List):Knowledge Bases (If Enable AI Search is true, this is displayed)
Employee Center:
・Enable AI Search:True
・Search Application:ESC Portal Default Search Application
・Search Results Configuration:ESC Portal Search
・Search Sources(Related List):Nothing

Hi @d-aizawa ,
You will need to define the Search sources in Employee center:
- Navigate to All > Service Portal > Portals.
- Click Employee Center.
- From the Search Sources related list, click New to add a search source.
- On the form, fill in the fields.
For more information, see Define a search source.
- Click Submit.

Sandeep Duta, thank you for your answer.
AI Search is enabled, so the Search Sources Related List is not displayed.
Is it possible to deactivate AI Search in Employee Center once, set Search Source, and activate AI Search again?
