ServiceNow for teams - Employee center not working

ServiceNow for teams - Employee center not working and throwing with error as shown below. But clicking on the website icon - redirecting to esc portal even though the custom portal is configured.

@Naveena5  see this article, there is a explanation shared on why you will get resourceDisabled error

And for clicking on website icon (or globe icon), it is driven from manifest.json "websiteUrl" property. if you had changed the suffix property after uploading of manifest then you will continue to see esc only. if you need this corrected, you will have to update the manifest manually or regenerate the manifest from Application Manifest menu under ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams
