Can anyone share some use cases on service catalog flow designer.

So you have mentioned two different things here

 

- Service Catalog is a module and long standing functionality in our platform. It allows you to create Request items that users can request. New hardware, raising issues or incidents, or requesting help.

 

- Flow Designer is part of the platform whereby you can create Flows and other workflows to help with things like automation. For Service Catalog, a very popular and common Flow would be an approval Flow. Where someone lets say asks for a new laptop or mobile phone, and the Flow sends an approval to their manager. Once approved, the Flow then creates a Task for a team to action
