some users cannot see catalog categories on the service portal record producer

Hello everyone,

I've created record producer for create incident in the esc , and I have users without a role who can't see the values of the 'category' and 'subcategory' fields. I've seen this solution:

but I don't see the 'available' in related link.
How can I solve this?

have you added the "public" user criteria to the catalog and its categories?

Hi maik,

Added now suer criteria  still not seeing all the options of the categories.
my problem is that some users (whiteout role ) see two options, others one (not have to be the same options), and others see none at all.
i have more than two values of categories existing.
