Sort by A-Z is not working on the topic content widget on the employee taxonomy topic (emp_taxonomy_topic) page

Hi All,

Sort by A-Z is not sorting the topics in alphabetical order on the topic content widget on the employee taxonomy topic (emp_taxonomy_topic) page. Please suggest

Hi Pallavi,

With the latest version of Employee Center, this feature is working as expected. Can you try landing on the topic page and toggle between Sort By Popular/A-Z one more time?

Some more information around the workflow you are trying and whats failing would be helpful.

Hi Arnab,

Employee center is of the latest version in the instance, but still sort by A-Z on topic page is not sorting the catalog items in alphabetical order of the name of the catalog item.

I am just looking for the sorting of catalog items in alphabetical order of their names.

We had the same problem.  Demo kb & catalog data had been loaded that had blank short descriptions or names. Once we deleted that and reran the Populate Taxonomy Content Order scheduled job it cleared it up.
