Could you explain better how you solve the issue?
For me it works in English but as soon I translate it to German the Alphabetic order does not work.

Hi Cristina, did you ever resolve this? We are experiencing this now, and the scheduled job "Populate Taxonomy Content Order" does not seem to work.

We ran into this same issue. Running the scheduled job "Populate Taxonomy Content Order" Resolved our issue. I'm not sure why we needed to run it. There is a field call Alphabetical order and it was blank, but after running the scheduled job they now all have a number next to them.

Hi Rel H,
Thanks for having kindly given us the link, but as you may know, very few support correspondents are accepted by ServiceNow HI (I mean, having the right to access restricted support posts). Would it be possible to have a "public" version of the support post about the sort that does not work on catalog item names please ? I have the same issue in the back-office (instance of a Customer of us being in utah version).
