Sort the "MY Task Approvals" in Employee Center Portal

Hi All,

Can someone please suggest how to sort the approvals in "Open" tab of My Task in employee center portal from the latest to oldest based on created date?
Currently it is showing as per ascending order of due date. I am unable to find where it needs to be done.

Hi @jyothinagasri ,

 As per this KB ,Records are sorted in descending order of field "closed_at" if it is available, else they are sorted in descending order of field "sys_updated_on".

I don't think you can control the sorting but rest fields you can Go to All > Employee Center > Administration > To-dos Configurations.

But according to my requirement i want to sort the open approvals which are latest to be available on the top followed by older ones
