Hello Experts,
I have few requirements on Survey as below:
- How to make a Survey Mandatory on ESC portal? (As soon as the user logins to ESC portal, they should be able to fill this survey first before navigating anywhere else.)
- Once the user submits the Survey, it should not be seen or triggered to him/her again.
Let me know how I can achieve this?

What is your business requirement? It sounds like a terrible user experience.
I am a user and I have lots of issues with my applications. I just can't seem to do anything. I want to log it as an incident, but first I need to fill out a survey?
If it is that important, just keep reminding them. Keep on sending emails that this survey needs to be filled and if they don't do so, include the manager as well. Just don't make it a mandatory popup. It will be very bad for the results as well.
By setting the trigger on a survey to 'once' it won't trigger again for this user.

The business requirement is getting inputs from the users regarding the experience of using ServiceNow platform. It only has 3 questions.
