Article not found for ESC

I am searching the knowledge page from employee center.  I am able to see the results retrieved but once I click the link to open the article I receive Article not found.  Can anyone assist on where I need to configure this to point to esc?  Thanks.

Hi Runjay,

 

I tried as the screenshot in the article shows, our KB is routed to esc.  We have made a custom portal url "XXX" I'm assumed I would need to create a custom page xxx_kb_article_view.  But then I get all sorts of access errors.  Can you please assist if I am missing a step?
