Ticket visibility issue in Employee Center

Hello Team,

We are facing issue in ticket visibility in the Employee Center

Here are 2 scenarios:

1. If a user in "Requested for" or "Requested by"(in any one of these) and also in the "Watchlist" in that case ticket is visible in the Employee Center.

2. If a user is only in the "Watchlist" and not in any of these "Requested for" or "Requested by" then the ticket is not visible in the Employee Center.

Please help if you have any idea about that.

Hi @BilalI ,

why would you make watchlist request visible in the portal? This is not the purpose of how it’s build from my point of view. One thing is from backend where fulfillers etc. can be on the watch list, but employee center is end user minded, hence I don’t see the purpose.
