I also read another problem and the solution is that impersonating another user but even when I do that, the employee center menu is still empty :

Thanks everyone for helping me, my problem was that I chose the wrong theme for the portal. The theme must match if not the megamenu wont work as expected.

Hmm usually opening in a private browser, clearing cache or impersonating will get it showing.

Maybe you need to run the fix script?

In your "Basic Setting for EC" screenshot there's a section for choosing a taxonomy further down on the page. Assuming you have employee taxonomy included there?

Hi Jesse,

Yes I had employee taxonomy there.

I tried running fix script but it still doesn't work

Do you have articles or services in the topics that is valid for the logged user? if conditions are not met.. or no items that is linked to the topic, the topic wont be show.. even it is active.

Type "portals" in the filter navigator, select your employee center portal. Scroll down to the related list and select the taxonomy tab. Ensure your taxonomy is linked to the portal record.
