tracking clicks on hyperlinks

On our news articles, we put some hyperlinks to external resources. Is it possible to track the clicks on these links in any way?

Hi @MeganCox 

 

Out of the box, there isn’t a ready-made feature that directly meets your requirement.

However, the User Experience Analytics for Service Portal extension can be customized—for example, by adding custom events(SNAnalytics - Client)  such as tracking clicks on external links.
