Unable to search for a particular Catalog Item in Employee portal

I have added a Catalog Item into Employee portal. But I am unable to search and access the catalog item. Although I can able to access the catalog item by replacing the sys id of a working catalog. Even I am able to access it through quick links, taxonomy topic.  But I am not able to search it. I have verified the AI Search configuration, the filter is accurate, it should return the catalog item. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

 

Additional information: No search is false and hidden on service portal is False

Solution - Catalog Item is added to an inactive category. After removing, it is now appearing in search results.

check if this checkbox is checked, if yes then it might restrict searching

"Hide on Service Portal"

which portal you are searching? sp or esc?

Other catalog items are getting searched?

Kindly verify if both the catalog and category have been assigned to the item. It is essential to assign these fields to ensure the item is searchable by its full name. Additionally, please confirm that the AI Search Configuration is in a published state
