Unable to See Catalog Item in ESS Portal After Enabling "Visible for ESS"

Hello All,

I have enabled the "Visible for ESS" option in the catalog item, but I'm unable to see One catalog item in the ESS portal. Despite ensuring the visibility setting is active, the item is not showing up for users "given required roles to users" in the ESS portal.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Could it be related to user roles or permissions? Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Hello @Hari S1

On catalog item form check the following

1. Catalogs field should not be empty

2. Catagory field should not be empty

3. Available For and Not Available For related lists

4. Hide On Service Portal checkbox should be set to False

5. Clear the browser's cache and log in again to your instance.

Hi @Rushi Savarkar ,

I've tried all the steps, but unfortunately, I haven't had any luck.

@Hari S1 - in addition to above mentioned criteria, can you please also check 'Visible Everywhere' should be set as True

Also, can you please share the screenshot of the Portal settings tab.
