Dual Search Results Topic/Sub Topic on HRSD ESC Portal

Hello Friends,  

We are into ServiceNow HRSD Implementations, and we are enabling HRSD Module for Multilingual countries.  

We are facing one major issue on Employee Center Portal where we search for anything in Global Search like Benefit, Compensation or payroll. Search results are coming into 2 times for Topic and Subtopics.  

Once is in English and another one is coming from Brazil. 

I did translation and did not understand how to solve this issue. Whereas this issue is not happening into PROD Instance.  

Please help us solve this issue. What steps we can follow to debug and solve this issue.

Are they really translated, or were new subtopics created in a different language?
