Unable to See Catalog Item in ESS Portal After Enabling "Visible for ESS"

Hello All,

I have enabled the "Visible for ESS" option in the catalog item, but I'm unable to see One catalog item in the ESS portal. Despite ensuring the visibility setting is active, the item is not showing up for users "given required roles to users" in the ESS portal.

 

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Could it be related to user roles or permissions? Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!

We have enabled the ITOM Visibility Certificate Management plugin, and now we are trying to enable catalog items for the ESS portal. However, after enabling(ACTIVE - TRUE) the 'Visible for ESS' option, the catalog items are still not showing in the ESS portal.

what happens if you directly navigate to the URL? try forming the URL and see if it works and renders the catalog item?

I found the solution. We have to add Service catalog under catalog in  service portal setting. Thanks
