Unable to see 'Click to view' on MRVS in ESC Portal

I have some MRVS on catalog items. Some of which require approval. What we realized is that when the approver logs into ESC portal and accesses the record from the approval page they cant see the details that were entered in the MRVS (ref image below "no information displayed"). 

We can verify information was entered and we can also verify the correct behavior (reference images) 

We have attempted to modify the widget for 'Approval Record' -- a cloned version 

 

I haven't found anything yet to pin point the issue. Anyone familiar with this?

Hi @Chanis F_ .

It could be an issue because of wither client scripts or ACLs.

Check if any of the UI Policies or Client Scripts controlling the visibility of your MRVS.

MRVS data is stored in the sc_multi_row_question_answer table, so check if the approver has access to this table.

I have admin access and still was unable to view the information on ESC portal. I checked ACLs and they all have admin override so I should be able to see if that was the case. 

 

I have also checked client scripts, UI policies, and business rules to see if there are any on the sc_multi_row_question_answer table and didn't see any. 

 

As admin I'm able to access the table list and see the data from the request
