Update Activity stream on My Requests for users in Employee Center to show all State changes

We are looking to improve the quality of information presented to the Requestor at the Employee Center level.  Today, when the user goes to look at the status of an incident in My Requests, the only state changes they see is the initial one.  How can I update it to show all the state changes, specifically resolved and closed?  I did implement the new Request Experience, but that doesn't seem to address this concern.
