Hi there, this is actually how we've published our ECP portal to our users and provided instructions on how to create a shortcut on their mobile devices using Safari or Google (depending on the device type). For the most part, everything renders correctly although some knowledge article content requires you to scroll left/right or rotate your device to see everything. This tends to happen with large images or tables in the articles.
Anything created using the Rich Content Editor scales automatically to the device screen size so that works nicely.
The other oddity we've noticed is using the Virtual Agent on a mobile device where sometimes the scaling can get thrown a bit when the user types something. This appears to be related to how the mobile device handles the data input so we're looking into that.
