when I pass required due date time field on the form it is changing after the form is submitted

Hi team,
I am unable to find the issue, that,
when I pass required due date time field on the form and saves then go to the next page and showing different time than i selected.

Is the due date and time shown on Request summary coming from the same variable present on form?

if yes then any script is written which adds/subtracts days from it after request is submitted?
