Where can we find the page link which user provided the feedback in Experience Feedback in portal.

Hi All,

I am unable to find the URL for the page where the user is having the rating and comment. I can able to see those in comment and rating value in the survey result part. But there is no field i can see for URL of the current page populated in any of the fields in the backend record.

Hi, @AfzalKhan  @Gopal Allu  , go to Feedback Analytics in navigation,

Click on the dashboard and it will take you to the feedback records,

You can directly filter out aswell from metric assessments .

@Twinkle S Thank you for the answer. My requirement is: I have created feedback definition for the topic (technology and Email services). If user has given the feedback 5 star feedback for the technology topic and 2 star for email services then I need to find out which topics the 5-star and 3-star ratings correspond to.  where should I look to identify the topics associated with 5-star and 3-star ratings?
