We he 2 major implementations coming up, Employee Center and MS Teams/Servicenow implementation. We are trying to decide which one of these implementations to do first. I understand that
- Employee Center does NOT require MS Teams
- MS Teams integration does NOT strictly require EC
Can anyone help us decide which should be done first and why and what are the benefits of making that choice.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
Thanks

If you have enough resources , and if the two new set up not depended to each other , then do it parallelly.
Assign it two different team.
If you do not have much resource, & as you mentioned "MS Teams integration does NOT strictly require EC" ,
In that case, you can start with
1) EC set up
2) MS team Integration

1st implement EC as it's core self-service foundation. MS Teams integration then embeds EC directly into Teams for seamless access, per ServiceNow prerequisites
