Which Role require to add comments while approving RITM from Employee Center portal

To add comments while approving RITM from employee center which role require to the approver? to approve "approver_user" role is enough but to add comments which role is sufficient than "sn_request_write " role?

Hi @swathi44 ,

"approver_user" role should be enough.

However,  "sn_request_write " role would be additional as it also contains follwing roles:

Hi Sandeep,

Only with approver_user role end user unable to add comments from employee center while approving RITM. So we checked with sn_request_write role, but it provides more privileges to the user than require as it includes other 8 roles. Could you please assist with other possibility if have anything? I need the solution asap.

 Check with "snc_internal" role.

I tried with snc_internal role but still not able to add comments. Only with approver_user role
