Which Role require to add comments while approving RITM from Employee Center portal

To add comments while approving RITM from employee center which role require to the approver? to approve "approver_user" role is enough but to add comments which role is sufficient than "sn_request_write " role?

Hi @swathi44 ,
I am currently facing the same issue. But in my case no pop-up was appearing after rejecting a REQ / RITM to put a comment. To let this work you need to give "sn_request_comments_write" role to the users.
It is also part of "business_stakeholder" role.
