To add comments while approving RITM from employee center which role require to the approver? to approve "approver_user" role is enough but to add comments which role is sufficient than "sn_request_write " role?
I am currently facing the same issue. But in my case no pop-up was appearing after rejecting a REQ / RITM to put a comment. To let this work you need to give "sn_request_comments_write" role to the users. It is also part of "business_stakeholder" role.
