Widget not displaying for custom Employee Center Page

I created a clone from ec_pro_dashboard and titled it xxx_ec_pro_dashbard.  The original page had an events widget on it that displayed a calendar event.  After cloning the page the events widget no longer displayed the event.  When navigating to the Content library I can see the event that should be displaying but it appears to be pointing to "esc?sca_content_id="  How do I fix this issue?  Is it a setting on the Employee Center page?  Because I changed the portal url to /xxx i think that may have thrown something off with the ootb config for the widget.

Hi

Naivgate to sn_cd_content_portal.LIST

Open the portal content and go the related list "Schedule content"

Select the page xxx_ec_pro_dashbard and widget instance for the schedule content
