1 catalog item for 2 catalogs not visible on custom portal

I created new custom portal and Created a separate Catalog for new portal: Partner Catalog 
I want to hide catalog items on newly created Partner Portal and show only a few specific catalog items in new portal.
I added catalog item in more than one catalog?
Service catalog and partner catalog
I am doing search it is still showing service portal not partner portal
I created the search sources as well

Hi @Riyabhatia567 

Check this thing as well:

1. Navigate to Service Portal > Portals in your ServiceNow instance filter navigator.
2. Open your new custom portal record.
3. Scroll down to the related lists and locate the Catalogs tab.
4. Find the Partner Catalog entry, right-click the row, and select Delete.
5. Click Update to save your changes.

I want partner catalog to be there Why should I delete it?
