Good day
I noticed that when an Outage record is created, it does not populate in the Current Status widget on our Portal. I checked the script in the widget and it is OOB.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
This is a new platform on Zurich
Many thanks in advance for the input.
Best regards,
Scott

Awesome! Thank you. I found that If it's NOT a CI with a Class = "Service" it WILL NOT WORK. As soon as I applied a CI in my Outage record that had a class of "Service", the Outage record came right up.
