Architectural Artifacts shared with Enterprise Architecture Group

Ever see this "Enterprise Architect Group" automatically added to all your architectural artifacts, and wonder why?

It's because there's a business rule, Reader permissions for EA, on the sn_apm_architectural_artifact table that adds that OOB group to the group permissions, on insert of every artifact. And the name of that group is hardcoded into the business rule. 🤔

Most organizations will have their own group structure and won't be using this exact group, so your options are to either:

- Edit the business rule so that it adds groups that you actually use

or

- Deactivate that business rule

Hi,

Is there any possibility of repurpose "Enterprise Architect Group"  either by assiging additional roles or including required users into this group ?

If it is not feasible, deactiving the BR would be good option.
